Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Manager to lead logistics transformation programs in life sciences, from strategy through implementation. You will design processes, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and guide workshops with senior client stakeholders.

You will drive commercial relationships and growth with major life science customers, while enabling delivery excellence and effective change management across global projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project-based experience in life sciences supply chains, focusing on logistics.
• Up-to-date knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS and network design solutions.
• Proven hands-on leadership translating ambiguity into clear priorities.
• Experience in leading and growing commercial relationships with major life sciences customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics transformation projects from strategy to implementation.
• Shape project plans, approaches and team setup for defined scope.
• Design and redesign logistics processes, systems and ways of working.
• Facilitate client workshops to identify needs and operating model changes.
• Manage complexity, risks and dependencies to support informed decisions.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for senior client stakeholders and ensure momentum.
• Coach consultants and foster collaboration within project teams.
• Ensure clear, structured, and meaningful deliverables for decision makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand commercial engagements and drive proposals.
• Travel regularly to client sites to support delivery and workshops.
