Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to coach a diverse team.
• Experience in logistics, ideally retail with perishable goods.
• Experience in cold storage 1°C to 4°C.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
