Kuehne+Nagel Belgium in Kampenhout seeks a Team Leader Dispatching to guide 8–12 transport planners in FTL/LTL operations. You will coach, schedule daily activities, optimize costs, and develop KPI-driven improvements with drivers, subcontractors and planners.

A hands-on manager who champions efficiency and compliance with Belgian transport rules is required. Fluent in Dutch, English and French is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent by experience is expected; IT savvy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent by experience.
• Proven experience in Logistics, preferably road freight & planning.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Hand on mentality & flexible mindset.
• IT Savvy, ability to work in different IT systems and programs.
• Knowledge of Dutch, English and French. Any other language is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Direct manager of a team of 8 to 12 transport planners; set targets, evaluate, and handle disciplinary actions if applicable.
• First point of contact for escalations within the team; act as coach and knowledge expert.
• Supervise daily operational scheduling and identify opportunities to improve services or reduce costs.
• Identify trends through KPI metrics and act where needed.
• Optimize operational and administrative processes and propose improvement projects.
