Katoen Natie, a global logistics service provider, is seeking a Business Analyst for the Kallo site in BE. You will manage systems and tools (ERP, SharePoint, ServiceDesk Plus) and ensure data governance, digital alignment, and regulatory compliance across the Specialty Chemicals unit.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, supporting project implementations and business startups, while delivering process improvements and ensuring operational continuity in a dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics or a related field.
Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
Hands-on, very good communication and relations skills.

Responsabilités

System & Tool Management: Maintain and support platforms such as PLATO/COFANO (ERP), HSSEQ-App, CRM, HR, ServiceDesk Plus, and SharePoint.
Operational Support: Handle service requests and incidents as a licensed technician in ServiceDesk Plus.
Data & Document Governance: Maintain structured document repositories and manage access rights on SharePoint/OneDrive.
Digitalization & Compliance: Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business needs.
