Amaris Consulting is seeking a Product Owner to join our Brussels team on a permanent CDI contract. You will own the product vision, manage the backlog, and coordinate delivery within cross‑functional teams in a trilingual environment (French/Dutch/English).

In this role, you will translate business objectives into valuable digital solutions, collaborate with developers and UX/UI specialists, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across banking, insurance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or PM role in Agile.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and software delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Responsabilités

• Be the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, define, and translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Lead stakeholder workshops, manage expectations, and maintain a strong product vision.
• Collaborate with developers and UX/UI teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
• Track product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support testing, go‑live activities, and post‑deployment analysis.
