IKEA Belgium is seeking a Service Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to guide a team of specialists and drive end-to-end service execution across our stores and fulfillment units. You will coordinate daily operations with internal and external partners, focusing on efficiency, cost control and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a university degree in logistics or business administration, 2–4 years of stakeholder experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with stakeholders and external partners
• Proven analytical and numerical skills with financial impact awareness
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and IKEA applications
• Experience in meeting, influencing and interacting with business partners
• Fluent level in English

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Service Fulfilment Operations specialists to ensure a high‑performing organization
• Oversee daily operations with internal and external service partners
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement
• Plan short and mid‑term capacities and manage cost development
• Develop lead-time improvements and sustainability initiatives
• Report to the Service Fulfillment Operations Manager; travel to stores and Fulfillment Units
