Job summary

IKEA Antwerp is seeking a Goods Flow Manager to translate the national strategy into a local plan and drive implementation with the store logistics team. You will optimize all warehouse operations, ensuring high product availability while controlling costs.

You will lead the goods flow, manage inbound receipts, replenishment, and order fulfilment, and collaborate with the sales team to maximise availability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager, preferably in retail or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Experience leading goods flow and ensuring product availability.
• Experience with inventory management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Translate the national strategy into a local business plan and ensure it is implemented with the management team and other teams.
• Lead the customer fulfilment team and store logistics functions to maximise product availability at the lowest possible cost.
• Ensure a qualitative and efficient merchandise flow process including goods receipt, replenishment and order fulfilment.
• Contribute to logistics action plans and ensure inbound and outbound processes are executed.
• Uphold IKEA values and foster a culture that inspires colleagues to achieve extraordinary results.
