Job summary

TMC Belgium is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to help clients optimize operational processes and deliver measurable improvements. You will work across client environments to assess current ways of working, identify opportunities and translate ideas into practical solutions with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include leading improvement initiatives, mapping processes, facilitating workshops, and using KPIs to prioritize actions and track results while supporting digital tools

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, operations management or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in CI/Operational Excellence or related consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with operational data.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Engineering or a related field.

• Professional experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, process optimization or a comparable consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with operational data.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
