Axis Group - HR Advisor is looking for an Account & Wealth Partner to support entrepreneurs in financial decisions and build lasting relationships in the Kortrijk region. This role involves managing client portfolios and working with specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, a strong interest in entrepreneurship, excellent communication skills, and preferably some experience in finance or banking. A competitive salary, flexible benefits package, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Support entrepreneurs—both individuals and businesses—in making financial decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and lend a listening ear to clients.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and strive for long‑term partnerships.
• Actively develop your own client portfolio in the Kortrijk region.
• Manage, protect, and grow clients’ assets.
• Proactively anticipate financial needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with specialists to provide the best, tailored advice.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Have a strong interest in the world of entrepreneurship and wealth management.
• Possess excellent communication and business skills.
• Be empathetic, persuasive, and customer‑focused.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build a network.
• Preferably have some experience in finance or banking, though this is not a requirement.
• Have an excellent command of Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Be willing to work in the Kortrijk region.
