Job summary

GP Solution seeks an LNG Infrastructure Marine Superintendent to oversee the safe and compliant operation of LNG assets. The role combines marine operations with HSEQ leadership and vetting readiness within a technically complex LNG environment.

The candidate will coordinate inspections, audits and terminal acceptance, lead navigational safety, and support project activities with operational expertise. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master Mariner certification with STCW Management Level.
• Extensive senior onboard management experience.
• Strong LNG operational knowledge including cargo operations.
• Familiarity with OCIMF, CDI and international maritime regulations.
• Fluent English; proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marine operations, navigational safety and HSEQ performance across assets.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, international regulations and industry standards.
• Support LNG infrastructure projects with operational and marine expertise.
• Coordinate inspections, vetting preparation and terminal acceptance activities.
• Conduct internal navigational audits and support incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement across marine operations and HSEQ performance.
• Monitor OCIMF, CDI and IMO standards compliance.
• Support emergency response activities and duty management rotations.
• Provide operational guidance to onboard teams and internal stakeholders.
• Assist audit close-out processes and corrective actions.
