imec is seeking a Lithography Process Development Assistant to join the Process Efficiency Team within Advanced Patterning. You will support cycle time improvements, run experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a demanding 300mm fabrication environment.

The role emphasizes independence, teamwork, and ownership of process development tasks, with exposure to advanced lithography technologies and cross-company collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential in a highly international environment.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent with some technical job experience considered.
• Experience in semiconductor process technology is an asset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Work in rotating five-shift system to maintain cycle time performance.
• Provide daily support resolving production lot issues to ensure on-time processing.
• Collaborate with Fab operations and colleagues across teams.
• Conduct experiments on equipment and optimize recipes, with substantial cleanroom time.
• Analyze and discuss lithography process development requests with BSV and lot owner.
• Define and execute process, equipment and material development projects with suppliers.
• Document, qualify, and transfer lithography processes to imec’s pilot production line.
