Avertim, a Brussels-based consulting group, seeks a Life Sciences consultant to advance digital transformation for pharma, biotech and medtech clients. The role focuses on delivering digital tools within regulated environments and translating data insights into business value.

You will collaborate with data scientists, IT experts and business analysts to create impactful, compliant solutions across R&D, Quality and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 1–5 years in Life Sciences consulting, data, IT or digital transformation.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into business value.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA Annex 11) and data integrity/CSV principles.
• Experience with project management or Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver digitalization projects in Life Sciences and collaborate with clients in pharma, biotech, and medtech.
• Implement digital tools and platforms in regulated environments (QMS, MES, SAP, Veeva, LIMS).
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to improve operational performance.
• Bridge between business and IT teams to align digital solutions with strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Regulatory and IT.
• Work with data scientists, IT experts and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions.
