Job summary

N-SIDE is seeking a Customer support engineer to join the Life Science team based in Louvain-la-Neuve. You will provide technical support to end-users of Life Sciences applications and manage the service desk, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor/Master in IT or CS, have excellent English, strong communication, and a customer-minded, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in IT or CS.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Customer-minded, rigorous and results-driven; strong problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: monitor, identify, and troubleshoot IT incidents; document issues and solutions.
• Service Desk Management: maintain high customer satisfaction and design/maintain service desk offerings.
• Collaboration and Communication: work with IT and other departments to improve processes and implement solutions.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
