We are seeking a senior Life Sciences Integration Product Manager at N-SIDE to own the roadmap for connecting our products to external data sources and enterprise systems.

You will turn fragmented data from IRT/RTSM, ERP, CTMS, data lakes, and partner platforms into trusted signals that improve decisions and provide a 360-degree view of data, status, and processes.

Qualifications

• Senior, data-fluent Life Sciences Integration Product Manager with ownership of a defined product area.
• Fluent in data and systems thinking; strong API and data integration knowledge.
• Excellent communication of complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or high-trust environments is a strong advantage.
• English fluent; French is a plus.
• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

We are looking for a bright Life Sciences Integration Product Manager to join our Life Sciences Product team based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a senior, data-fluent Life Sciences Integration Product Manager to define and lead the roadmap for how N-SIDE products integrate with customers’ external data sources and enterprise systems.

As a Life Sciences Integration Product Manager, you will make N-SIDE the connected planning and decision-intelligence layer within our customers’ clinical-trial supply and manufacturing ecosystems. Your mission is to turn fragmented, often noisy data from systems such as IRT/RTSM, ERP, CTMS, data lakes and partner platforms into accurate, fresh, trusted signals that improve decisions and provide a 360 view of relevant data, status and processes.

This is a horizontal product role at the intersection of Life Sciences domain expertise, enterprise integration, data architecture and product strategy. You will own the what and why of the integration product area — not delivery of individual customer integrations — and will work closely with Engineering, peer Product Managers, Services, Sales and customer stakeholders to make integration capabilities repeatable, scalable and commercially meaningful.

What you’ll do

• Develop the vision and outcome-based roadmap for Life Sciences product integrations, prioritising opportunities based on customer value, adoption, business impact, technical risk and scalability.
• Define together with Engineering the integration product architecture and standard patterns that connect N-SIDE products to external systems and data sources,
• Lead continuous discovery with users, buyers, implementation teams, Customer Success, commercial teams and design partners to understand workflows, system landscapes, data pain points and market trends before committing to solutions.
• Translate business processes and customer needs into clear product requirements, integration blueprints, data contracts and scalable product capabilities.
• Define success metrics and feedback loops for the area, connecting usage, adoption, workflow success, data reliability, time-to-value, customer outcomes and business results.
• Create and evolve reusable integration templates, reference data mappings and operating models that reduce bespoke work, accelerate implementation and improve long-term maintainability.
• Represent the integration product area credibly in strategic customer conversations, complex pre-sales engagements, renewals and partnerships, explaining both business value and technical realities.

About you

• You have substantial product-management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data products, platforms or integrations, including independent ownership of a defined product area or capability.
• You are fluent in data and systems thinking. You can reason about data models, APIs, event and batch integrations, data lineage, data quality, security, observability and the trade-offs between standardisation and customer-specific needs.
• You communicate complex technical and operational concepts clearly to technical teams, business users and senior customer stakeholders. You can tell the strategic story behind the product—not just describe its features.
• You are comfortable making area-level decisions under ambiguity, influencing without authority and navigating competing customer, commercial, quality and engineering priorities.
• You have demonstrated AI product literacy: you understand where AI can help transform unstructured information into structured signals, as well as the importance of evaluation, explainability, governance, privacy and responsible use.
• You have worked with, or can quickly develop strong understanding of, enterprise integration patterns and technologies such as REST APIs, webhooks, ETL/ELT, middleware, JSON, XML, OData, SOAP, authentication and authorisation patterns.
• You have ideally experience with complex, regulated or high-trust environments. Exposure to Life Sciences, clinical-trial supply, manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, IRT/RTSM, CTMS or data-platform ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• You naturally combine customer empathy with professional pushback: you listen deeply, then advocate for solutions that are sustainable, supportable and scalable.
• You are fluent in English, French is a +
• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is expected.
