NN Group in Brussels seeks a Product Journey Manager Life Protection to translate the roadmap and existing products into compelling commercial storylines, driving sales via ING’s branch network and online channels. You will champion Life Protection products and develop go-to-market strategies in a digital-first environment.

You will collaborate with NN and ING teams, create business cases, and manage end-to-end delivery from concept to market launch in a dynamic, bancassurance setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders and levels.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, and execute new business development opportunities in the Belgian Life insurance market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital Life insurance solutions.
• Create commercial storylines aligned with client needs and translate initiatives into tangible outcomes (trainings, sales scripts, communications).
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept to market launch with multiple NN and ING stakeholders.
