Job summary

Rhox is seeking a hands-on team manager to oversee daily life insurance case management and support individual employees. You will work closely with an existing manager to ensure service quality and consistent follow-up.

You will hold one-to-one meetings, clarify objectives, coach and develop staff, track workloads and deadlines, run team meetings, and provide regular reporting on actions and risks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directly managing an operational team.
• Coaching, motivating and tracking objectives.
• Ability to settle quickly into a new environment and take ownership.
• Hands-on approach with regular contact with employees.
• Strong listening, empathy and assertiveness in individual situations.
• Organised approach to following up actions and finding practical solutions.
• Ability to work alongside another manager and seek technical expertise when needed.
• French (C2)
• Dutch (B2)

Responsibilities

• Hold one-to-one meetings to review progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Clarify individual expectations and objectives.
• Support employees with daily work, development and individual difficulties.
• Track priorities, workloads, deadlines, backlogs and obstacles.
• Run team meetings to share information and good practices.
• Provide regular and structured reporting on actions, risks and escalation needs.
