Oxygen NV in Belgium is seeking a Life Insurance Consultant to support insurers in operational activities within the life insurance sector. You will help manage policies and ensure high-quality service to customers and brokers.

Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities include drawing up and monitoring policies, supporting underwriting and acceptance processes, handling payments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, brokers and clients using UL3, Talk and GraphTalk A.I.A.

Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance and familiarity with UL3, Talk, GraphTalk A.I.A.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

What will you do?

As a Life Insurance Consultant, you will support insurers in their operational activities within the life insurance sector. You will help manage life insurance policies and contribute to providing an efficient, high-quality service to customers and brokers.

Depending on the assignment, your support will include:

Drawing up, modifying and monitoring life insurance policies

Supporting underwriting and acceptance processes

Payments

Managing group insurance or private/self-employed policies, Branch 21 and Branch 23 products

Collaborating with internal stakeholders, brokers and customers

Working with insurance systems such as UL3, Talk, GraphTalk A.I.A. and other operational platforms

In addition to the operational side, you will also take a critical look at existing processes and procedures. You will identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute ideas on efficiency gains, digitalisation and optimisation. Or as we say: Be a change agent.
