Aikido is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel (Commercial, Data & Compliance) to work with our General Counsel and keep the legal engine running. You’ll handle contracts, GDPR compliance, data protection, IP matters, and occasional M&A, with a hands-on, fast-learning approach in a growing SaaS scale-up.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with Master of Laws and 1–4 years’ tech or law-firm experience, you’ll negotiate with international counterparties and help implement AI tools to move us faster.

Qualifications

• Master of Laws and 1–4 years' experience in tech or a law firm (commercial/IT law).
• Strong knowledge of contract law & GDPR.
• Experience negotiating with international counterparties.
• Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus but not required.
• Bonus points for IP, M&A, or US international specialization.
