Jan De Nul is seeking a Lean Project Planner for Charleroi to drive project schedules from A to Z with Lean methods on Civil Works projects. You will translate plans into detailed schedules and present clear dashboards on site to the project team.

You will collaborate with Site Managers, monitor progress, identify deviations early, and adjust plans to meet deadlines. English and French proficiency is required, and MS Project is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in civil/ construction engineering.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong planning mindset with Lean principles.
• Excellent MS Project and Primavera experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate construction plans into detailed project schedules.
• Implement Lean principles on site and run planning sessions with subcontractors.
• Create visual dashboards for the on-site team.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and manage progress and deviations.
