Jan De Nul Group seeks a Project Cost Controller for civil projects across East and West Flanders. Based on-site at construction sites, you will manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting to safeguard project objectives.

You will monitor costs, revenues and monthly figures, deliver clear reports to management, and support project managers with financial insights. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree(s) in economics or accountancy with a strong finance focus.
• Experience in controlling, accounting, or audit is preferred.
• Experience in civil sector is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare budget control and financial reporting for sites.
• Monitor costs and revenues and prepare result reports.
• Ensure monthly accuracy of figures and adjust as needed.
• Report to management and senior management with clear insights.
• Provide project teams with financial insights and guidance.
