Cordeel Belgium is seeking a Construction Planner to support the Oosterweel Link in Antwerp, one of Belgium’s flagship infrastructure projects. You will translate designs into technically feasible execution plans and coordinate closely with design teams, site teams, suppliers and project management.

You think ahead to identify bottlenecks, analyse construction methods and look for opportunities to optimise.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in civil construction, preferably on at least two relevant projects.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Ability to bring structure to a complex project environment.

Responsabilités

Translate designs into technically feasible and efficient execution plans.
Analyse construction methods and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Coordinate closely with design teams, site teams, suppliers and project management.
Coordinate planning, logistics and deployment of equipment and resources.
Request quotations, compare proposals and support subcontractor contracting.
Closely monitor execution, progress, costs and project administration.
Contribute to safety by supporting risk assessments and safety plans.
