Healthblocks is seeking a lean-thinking UX/UI Designer passionate about design systems to shape Healthblocks platform. As our first designer, you’ll lead the product design process end-to-end from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering, validate ideas with users through design sprints, maintain the design system, and translate user needs into pragmatic components and workflows to empower healthcare digital products.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-time UX/UI design in a product environment.
• Experience with design systems actively used by engineering teams.
• Portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or personal site.
• Experience with Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD).
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in healthcare domain.

Responsabilités

• Lead the product design process from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Validate prototypes with clients in design sprints.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to execute design stages.
• Maintain and extend Healthblocks Design System.
• Translate user needs into practical components.
• Present learnings to team and stakeholders.
