TULA consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to support a major HR technology transformation and cloud migration programme, driving the transition from a legacy HR environment to Oracle HCM Cloud.

You'll lead project planning, define scope, gather requirements, facilitate workshops with HR and IT, and manage risks across multidisciplinary teams. English proficiency is essential to deliver the implementation roadmap and future project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR transformation or HRIS implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning.
• Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process assessment.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
