TULA consulting in Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major HR technology transformation and cloud migration to Oracle HCM Cloud. You will manage planning, governance, and delivery across HR and IT teams.

The role requires strong PM skills, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders, document requirements, and drive milestones in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR transformation or HRIS implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning.
• Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process assessment.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning and implementation preparation activities.
• Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, and milestones.
• Conduct gap analyses between existing HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with HR, IT, and technical stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Prepare recommendations, project documentation, and decision-support materials.
• Contribute to the implementation roadmap and subsequent project phases.
