NN is seeking a Product Owner for Employee Benefits to shape strategy, own the roadmap, and drive digitalization across customer and partner journeys. You will bridge business and IT in a SAFe environment, translating feedback and regulatory needs into concrete features and improvements.

The role emphasizes ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering high-impact initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product ownership, digital transformation, or business transformation.
• Strong affinity with financial services and knowledge of insurance/employee benefits.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, preferably SAFe.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate vision, roadmap and priorities for one or more key products and processes within the Employee Benefits product(s).
• Identify opportunities to improve and digitalize customer, partner and employee journeys.
• Translate business needs, customer feedback, regulatory requirements and strategic objectives into clear features, epics and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Agile teams, architects, Domain Leads and other Product Owners.
• Work with product developers, operations teams, customer service teams, distribution partners and portfolio managers to shape and deliver solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Validate delivered solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and expected customer outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and facilitate collaboration between all stakeholders involved.
• Contribute actively to transformation initiatives and digitalization projects that support the Employee Benefits strategy.
• Monitor market trends, customer expectations and technological developments and translate them into improvement opportunities.
• Ensure sufficient alignment with business stakeholders and manage expectations in a transparent way.
