Job summary

IMEC seeks a Team Leader for Calibration Products Engineering in Leuven, Belgium. You will head a team of engineers responsible for the technical performance and quality of calibration wafers, defining customer requirements and delivering robust NPI for next-generation products.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with customers and internal R&D teams across lithography, etch, thin films, CMP and packaging, and apply data-driven methods to improve process capability and product reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a section head or team leader in engineering
• 5+ years hands-on wafer fabrication experience
• Strong background in advanced process integration in 300 mm fab

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in maintaining and optimising process integration flows for calibration wafer products
• Plan and execute engineering evaluations to meet customer requirements for new products
• Maintain quality and industrialisation using FMEA to prevent incidents
• Lead collaboration with customers and R&D experts across Lithography, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, Advanced Packaging
• Drive root-cause analysis using JMP and SPC and ensure rigorous reports
