PRADO seeks a process engineer to own and optimise our operations, standardising production, assembly and logistics processes and the systems behind them. You will design better ways of working, lead cross-functional teams and ensure improvements stick in the numbers.

Fluent in Dutch and English with a Lean mindset and strong analytical skills, you will collaborate with planning, procurement, quality and R&D to deliver reliable, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly or logistics environment is a plus, but drive and mindset matter more than years on the clock.

Responsabilités

• Improve end-to-end operational processes from inbound to packing and picking; map current flow and design future flow.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and error sources; lead improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality.
• Standardize ways of working across the operation; coordinate with R&D, production, logistics and quality.
• Redesign flows to make them faster and more reliable; optimize pick/pack and component staging.
• Collaborate with Odoo and master-data teams to reduce manual steps and improve data accuracy.
• Bring AI-minded ideas to speed up analysis, reporting and documentation; pilot and roll out where appropriate.
• Define and maintain operational KPIs and reporting to track productivity, accuracy and OTIF.
