TMC Belgium is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to optimize planning and production processes, collaborating with operational and global stakeholders to translate data into practical improvements that boost site performance.

You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, coordinate with site teams and external partners, and deliver measurable impact in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Dutch and English fluency required.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement within manufacturing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience with data-driven improvement in regulated environments.

We are looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to work on the optimization of planning and production processes while working closely with operational and global stakeholders. You will help translate data and business requirements into practical improvements that strengthen site performance. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of improvement initiatives in a highly regulated and complex production environment. You will work at the intersection of engineering, planning, supply chain and continuous improvement.

• Develop and improve local processes for production volume, inventory and planning-related reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement standardised ways of working across relevant planning activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

What we expect from you:

• Relevant degree and 6+ years of experience in process engineering, industrial engineering or continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record of delivering improvement initiatives with measurable business or operational impact.
• Experience with tools such as SAP, Excel and Power BI, with the ability to work confidently with operational data.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
