ING in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Lead Operations professional to own forecasting, planning and traffic management for Retail, Business and Fraud units. You will lead a dedicated workforce management team, drive improvements, and shape the future of Operational Intelligence while delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.

You will guide the team through change initiatives, embrace new technologies and ensure an innovative, data-driven approach to operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or equivalent.
• Experience in workforce management.
• Leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Understanding of advanced business planning.
• Diagnose problems quickly with foresight into potential issues.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in EN, FR, NL.
• Data-driven and technology-oriented.
• Experience in leading change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Balance operational delivery with continuous improvement and long-term development.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities.
