Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Operations or transformation, process management, or project management.
• Genuine interest in how legal interacts with business and technology.
• Interest in AI, technology and data-enabled transformation.
• Excellent analytical, planning, research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

• Drive operational excellence by reviewing, optimizing, and implementing legal processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement across Legal.
• Lead strategic projects and change initiatives impacting Legal and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects using project management methodologies.
• Translate legal requirements into efficient operational processes.
