Dredging, Environmental and Marine Engineering NV is seeking a Party Chief to oversee all survey activities on board our vessel or project site. This is a rotational role with 1:1 offshore periods, not HQ-based.

You will lead and coach the survey team, ensure productivity and quality, and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma related to hydrographic surveying or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant survey experience.
• Strong knowledge of survey operations, techniques and software.
• Able to work in challenging and remote conditions with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coach the on-board survey team to ensure productivity and quality.
• Provide guidance and support; drive continuous improvement in survey operations.
• Maintain effective communication with Project Management, client representatives, vessel master and crew.
• Monitor progress and quality using survey equipment and software; timely deliverables.
• Be a key member of the vessel team with Captain, Chief Engineer & OIM for project success.
