Atlas Copco Group in Belgium is seeking a motivated Project Leader for the Oil Injected Screw compressors development. You will guide the product from concept to industrialization, lead the project team, and ensure technical coherence across design, testing, and production.

You will work in a hybrid setup at our Wilrijk/Antwerp site, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to optimize cost, reliability and performance while delivering value to our customers.

Qualifications

• Master in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years as project leader/manager in a technical environment
• 2+ years in a product development context
• Technical background in mechanical engineering with strong analytical skills
• Fluent English communication
• Team player capable of motivating a project team
• Results-driven, targets-oriented, data-based decisions
• Challenge the status quo and seek improvements
• Clear, concise written and spoken communication
