Atlas Copco Holding GmbH, located in Wilrijk, Belgium, is seeking a Designer Centrifugal Compressors. You will be part of a specialized team focused on designing next-generation compressors, managing large assemblies and creating precise bill of materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced CAD modeling skills, preferably with CATIA.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing essential.
• Experience with product lifecycle management systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English or Dutch and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Design complete compressor cores and manage large assemblies.
• Develop complex structured CAD models and perform parametric modeling.
• Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) alongside mechanical calculations.
• Collaborate with project teams and improve designs based on feedback.
• Follow up on physical assembly of prototype machines as needed.
