Mercury in Mons, Belgium seeks a Construction Manager with at least 4 years in mechanical construction to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, plan resources, and drive profitability across enterprise data centres, advanced tech, and life sciences sectors.

You will manage design consultants and contractors, prepare reports, control costs, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and MS Project proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.
• Ability to control and manage people and programs.
• A trade background or a relevant third level qualification.
• Proven record of coordinating and managing large projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
