NH Collection Antwerp Centre is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee culinary operations across all outlets. You will ensure outstanding food quality, efficient execution, and a consistently high standard of service, from breakfast through banqueting, while inspiring and developing your team to achieve operational excellence daily.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in hotel, conference, banqueting or upscale hospitality.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a diverse culinary team.
• Extensive knowledge of food production, menu development, and large-scale banquet operations.
• Solid financial acumen with managing food costs, labor costs, budgets and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.
• Plan production and organize operations to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with F&B team to deliver successful events and dining experiences.
• Manage food costs, labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Optimize efficiency and minimize food waste.
• Ensure HACCP, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of kitchen staff.
