ENTICO ICT is seeking a Lead Solution Architect specializing in CRM to lead transformative projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience and has been involved in multiple large-scale CRM implementations. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring effective integration with existing systems. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus. This role demands strong coaching skills and the ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a similar architect role.
• Involved in multiple large-sized CRM implementation projects.

Responsabilités

• Analyzing current business needs and systems.
• Designing solutions as part of the CRM transformation roadmap.
• Collaborating with teams for integration of solutions.
• Conducting fit/gap analysis for solution design.
• Product modeling for consistent and reusable solutions.
• Evaluating and selecting technologies with architects.
• Documenting architectural solutions clearly.
• Conducting workshops for internal teams.
• Ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Guiding on-up skilling of internal team.
