Movu Robotics Innovation is seeking a Team Lead Electrical Engineering to guide the Controls Hardware Engineering team of 5–10 engineers. You will ensure standardized solutions, plan projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, on-site IO testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Electrical engineering, 8+ years in electrical infrastructure, and 3+ years of team management, with fluency in Dutch and English

Competenze

• Master's degree with an electrical specialization.
• 8+ years' experience in Electrical infrastructure Engineering, including calculations of electrical cabinets, follow-up of commissioning of electrical infrastructure.
• At least 3 years managing a team of Engineers.
• Experience with CAD programs like Eplan.
• Experience with cable calculations using Caneco.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Located in Belgium and willing to travel up to 30% of time.

Mansioni

• Lead the CHW team of approximately 5–10 engineers and apply standardized solutions.
• Plan team work and weekly progress tracking for each project.
• Coordinate with other engineering functions and ensure design alignment with guidelines.
• Oversee IO testing and safety validations on-site.
• Handle team leadership tasks and soft-skill development, recruitment, and budgeting.
