You will mentor engineers, drive BIM and parametric design, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of experience in structural engineering, including bridges, tunnels, railways, airports.
• Experience leading engineering projects across sales, contracts, design, tendering and execution.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and parametric design.

Responsabilités

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Provide technical reviews and guidance within the department.
• Drive BIM and parametric design to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare and present project proposals with the commercial team.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and the company procedures.
• Mentor and support junior engineers; foster learning and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
