The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in energy engineering, particularly with Battery Energy Storage Systems. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are essential. Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in engineering roles within energy, renewables, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in delivering grid-scale energy projects.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering design and technical reviews for large-scale BESS projects.
• Manage engineering activities from development through construction handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with Belgian regulations.
