Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in application support, focused on LIMS or laboratory digital tools.
• Fluent French with professional working knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• Customer-oriented with ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support to LabWare users.
• Create and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow for timely resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis on production incidents to identify issues.
• Handle master data resolution and ensure SAP-LabWare alignment.
• Translate technical challenges into actionable insights for system admins.
• Monitor system errors to identify trends and prevent recurring incidents.
