Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in application support, focused on LIMS or laboratory digital tools.
• Fluent French with professional working knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• Customer-oriented with ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and technical support to business users on the LabWare platform.
• Create and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis on production incidents to identify and mitigate underlying issues.
• Handle master data resolution and ensure functional alignment between SAP and LabWare.
• Translate technical challenges within digital methods into actionable insights for the system administrators.
• Monitor system errors proactively to identify trends and prevent recurring incidents.

• You have 1+ years of experience in application support, specifically focused on LIMS or laboratory digital tools.
• You possess professional experience working with LabWare.
• You bring strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• You're customer-oriented with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and remain calm under pressure.
• You are fluent in French with a professional working knowledge of English.
