Are you just as open-minded and enterprising as we are? In that case, we look forward to getting to know you/meeting you.

What are your responsibilities as a Laboratory Technician?

Do you enjoy getting involved in tasks such as these?

You actively contribute to the continuous development of a Food Safety & Food Integrity culture within your area of work.

You are responsible for defining and carrying out various research activities within the laboratory (quality control, product development, process control, hygiene control, environmental monitoring, competition benchmarking, etc.) in order to obtain high-quality research results. You perform chemical and microbiological analyses and physicochemical tests in accordance with the prescribed work instructions on raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, packaging, starter cultures, finished products, process samples, development samples and competitor products. You prepare procedures and work instructions and keep them up to date, ensuring that safe and good laboratory practices are followed. You maintain the work instructions and propose adjustments that can improve the quality and efficiency of the analytical work.

You keep inventory lists up to date and order laboratory materials and supplies.

You participate in the development and optimisation of existing methods to ensure that the most up-to-date techniques and technologies are used at all times.

You continuously keep up to date with developments in the field of laboratory analysis in order to provide a service based on up-to-date knowledge.

You report directly to the Quality Manager.
