Stanley/Stella in Belgium seeks a Learning & Development Lead to shape the company’s learning strategy and drive capability across leaders and teams. You will design the Stanley/Stella Academy, create scalable learning journeys and ensure content stays current with business priorities.

You will collaborate with business leaders and HR to deliver programs across an international, multicultural environment, leveraging blended learning and digital tools to boost performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, L&D, psychology, education, business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Proven ability designing and implementing learning strategies in dynamic environments.
• Experience building learning academies or capability development programmes.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended methodologies.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning solutions.
• Ability to translate business priorities into impactful learning initiatives.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement Stanley/Stella's learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the design and evolution of the Stanley/Stella Academy and development pathways.
• Oversee LMS optimization for a seamless learning experience and adoption.
• Partner with BU leaders to design learning solutions for commercial growth.
• Deliver learning initiatives as trainer or via internal facilitators.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and ROI measures for learning impact.
• Foster knowledge sharing across countries and languages.
