Job summary

NCIM seeks a Kubernetes-DevOps Engineer to optimize how applications are built, deployed and operated while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.

The role covers container onboarding, CI/CD automation, hybrid infrastructure, monitoring, security and agile delivery. Five+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, Terraform and cloud platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on DevOps or automated platform management experience.
• Experience deploying and administering Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2 and Docker.
• Proficiency building CI/CD and GitOps pipelines with GitLab, ArgoCD or Jenkins.
• IaC for hybrid infra using Terraform and Ansible for config automation.
• Experience with VMware and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Administer container platforms and onboard apps to production.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure with IaC and automation tooling.
• Establish monitoring, logging and alerting for reliability.
• Embed security practices into deployment pipelines and configs.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues across Agile teams.
