Hilton Brussels Grand Place is seeking a Kitchen Trainee for an internship of at least 3 months starting in 2026. You will join our kitchen and banqueting teams in Brussels, supporting chefs and learning in a vibrant, professional setting.

Fluency in French and/or English and enrollment in a hospitality program are welcome. Housing allowance for international students and complimentary lunch during shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and/or English.
• Enrolled in a hospitality school or similar programme.
• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients and set up workstations.
• Assist with starters, mains and desserts under supervision.
• Help clean and maintain workstations and equipment.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
• Support service organisation and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to creating and testing new recipes under supervision.
• Ensure dishes leave the kitchen with impeccable presentation.
