danconsult is searching for a Key Account Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain in Antwerp, Belgium. You will take end-to-end responsibility for a strategic customer in an international multimodal logistics setting.

Initially you will work with operations and customer service to ensure reliable processes and KPI performance across road, rail and barge. The role shifts toward strategic account development, commercial growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Solid understanding of multimodal transport.
• Excellent English; Dutch or German is a strong plus.

We are supporting our client as an executive search partner in the recruitment of this key position.

Are you an experienced logistics professional who enjoys combining operational excellence with strategic customer management?

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for a strategic customer within an international multimodal logistics environment.

In this role, you will initially work closely with operational and customer service teams, ensuring reliable processes, strong KPI performance and smooth transport flows across road, rail and barge. As the operational foundation is established, your focus will increasingly shift towards strategic account development, commercial growth and continuous improvement.

You will act as the key interface between the customer, internal teams and logistics partners – managing performance, solving complex challenges and identifying opportunities to improve service, cost and efficiency.

We are looking for someone with 7+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, strong customer management skills and a solid understanding of multimodal transport. Excellent English is essential; Dutch or German is a strong plus.
