danconsult is searching for a Key Account Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain in Antwerp, Belgium. You will take end-to-end responsibility for a strategic customer in an international multimodal logistics setting.

Initially you will work with operations and customer service to ensure reliable processes and KPI performance across road, rail and barge. The role shifts toward strategic account development, commercial growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Solid understanding of multimodal transport.
• Excellent English; Dutch or German is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end responsibility for a strategic customer within an international multimodal logistics environment.
• Initially collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure reliable processes and KPI performance.
• Act as the interface between the customer, internal teams and logistics partners to improve service and efficiency.
