NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Engineer for Tower Project Calculations in the Grid Solutions department. This junior role targets candidates with up to 3 years of experience and a strong interest in detailed technical studies related to high‑voltage towers and structure modification.

You will study and design towers, perform calculations, guide designers, and support tendering, procurement, testing, and on-site execution in large HV projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Physics.
• Experience in design of steel structures is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Eurocodes and relevant standards.

Responsabilités

• Study and design new towers or modifications to existing structures.
• Perform specialized calculations and monitor study schedules.
• Guide designers in the development of calculation models.
• Prepare tender documentation and participate in procurement processes.
• Deliver and validate manufactured towers and structures at supplier facilities or testing environments.
• Provide technical support for on-site execution and work preparation with stakeholders.
• Monitor quality management processes, inspections, and report findings.
• Take steps to optimize and implement calculation rules within software tools.
