EASI is looking for a Junior Technical Consultant in Belgium who will use their analytical and technical skills to meet customer needs. You will develop customized solutions and contribute to various stages of the Adfinity application, working closely with project managers and consultants.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree, excellent interpersonal skills, and a maximum of 3 years of experience. The company offers a competitive salary package with various fringe benefits, all within a fun and dynamic work environment.

As a Junior Technical Consultant for the Software department , your mission is to use your analytical and technical skills to identify and understand the specific needs of the customer. You will then develop a customized solution that will also help evolve our application.

Customer contact and programming will be an important part of your daily work.

After a thorough customized training, you will be capable of the following:

• Understand how our Adfinity application works and what its functionalities are
• Analyze and evaluate the functional needs of the customer for their specific requirements
• Contribute to the technical implementation of these specific requests
• Follow up on projects under the supervision of project managers
• Work closely with consultants and developers
• Participate in the evolution of our Adfinity application through different stages: technical analysis, development, testing and implementation. You will thus be in direct contact with the Business Consultants

Must-have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in management or IT
• Good problem-solving, organizational and listening skills
• Good knowledge of computer science and the will to develop further in this field
• Affinity for IT in a broad sense
• Very good analytical skills
• Very good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Be communicative and enjoy customer contact
• Maximum 3 years of experience
• Empathy and versatility are your strengths
