Responsabilités

• Understanding recruitment needs with internal stakeholders
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, databases, job boards and other channels
• Screening applications and conducting first interviews
• Managing several vacancies simultaneously and building candidate pipelines
• Matching candidates' profiles with project requirements
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to internal stakeholders and following up throughout the selection process
• Coordinating recruitment administration and ensuring a smooth candidate journey
• Maintaining close communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process
